D.F. Pray completed the adaptive re-use of the Fall River Knitting Mill. The historic 1877 mill, constructed out of Fall River granite, was gutted and converted into 119 apartments for seniors. A senior center was built in the facility and will run by the city. This project contains Historic Tax Credit requirements.
