D.F. Pray completed construction on this mixed-use development for KGI Properties. This phase of the project consists of 8 individual buildings arranged as a Main Street-style shopping hub. D.F. Pray constructed 97,000 sq. ft. of space ready for retail, dining, and residential. Additionally, D.F. Pray completed the fit-out of 10,000 sq. ft. of Apartment units.
