D.F. Pray completed construction on this occupied renovation of Bank 5’s historic downtown headquarters. BankFive first moved to 79 Main Street in 1912, with an expansion at 85 North Main Street in 1999. The renovation expanded the bank’s footprint from 41,208 square feet to 42,843 square feet. The upgrades feature a working café with open seating, an update to the façade that ties together the older building with the newer building, and the addition of five conference rooms and “huddle” spaces.
