Station #1

D.F. Pray completed the renovation of Station #1 in Pawtucket. After over 100 years of service, Station #1 had been mothballed for years, but was needed to improve response times on the west side of Pawtucket. This project consisted of a full building abatement, demolition of existing slabs, pavement, interior wall partitions and masonry repointing. The new fire station features radiant truck slabs, a new apparatus bay, fitness room, and brand-new bunk units for its fire fighters. An addition was also completed in order to fit a new ladder truck.
