As Vice President of Communications & Culture, Kate oversees key company initiatives, manages strategic programs aligned with D.F. Pray’s vision, and leads Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, including partnerships with In-Order Business and YouthBuild and direction of the D.F. Pray Scholars Program at Roger Williams University. She chairs the NexGen Committee, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals. As a Massachusetts Bar member, Kate also acts as corporate legal counsel, supporting contract negotiations and development.
