D.F. Pray, a leading construction services provider, is pleased to announce the recent promotions of two key team members. Dan Bearce has been promoted to Division Director, and Leon Rozowsky has been promoted to Director of Estimating.
Dan Bearce, previously serving as Executive Project Manager, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He began his journey with D.F. Pray as a carpenter in 1999 and has since proven his leadership abilities on numerous high-profile projects. Notably, Dan led the successful completion of the Charles River Speedway project, which received accolades including the CMAA New England, Preservation Massachusetts, and Preservation Alliance Achievement awards. As Division Director, Dan will be responsible for spearheading operational and execution strategies, optimizing field processes, and fostering diverse teams.
Leon Rozowsky, who has been with D.F. Pray since 2010, has been promoted from his position as Estimating Manager to Director of Estimating. With an impressive track record of 23 years in professional construction estimating, Leon has deep expertise in the multi-unit housing, corporate, healthcare, and retail sectors. In his new role, Leon will continue to lead the Estimating Department, ensuring accurate and efficient project estimation.
